Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

ARMANDO CABRAL ships every order for free. We ship worldwide via USPS, UPS or FedEx. 

For International orders and shipments delivering outside of the United States, please note that customs regulations vary country to country. Fees related to import and export are the responsibility of the customer, and are separate from the shipping service provided free of charge. 

To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by the carrier. This information is emailed to you step-by-step, so you can be assured you know where your order is and when you can expect it to arrive. 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. ARMANDO CABRAL cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delays.

Return Policy

You don’t love it. It happens.

We accept full-price and sale-price footwear, apparel, jewelry and accessory merchandise accompanied by your order number. Items must be in unworn condition and be available to restock to qualify for a full refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on e-Gift Cards or Fine Fragrance products for any reason. Sales for these items are final. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items labeled 'final-sale.'

We prorate refunds for items worn or otherwise returned in a condition where it cannot be restocked. 

To start a return or exchange process:

1. Please email to receive your pre-paid shipping label within 14-days of order receipt. We cannot process returns after 14-days of item delivery.

For Returns:

2. Return the item(s) to us by dropping them off with the appropriate carrier (USPS or FedEx)

3. Once we have received your return and restocked the item, you will be refunded within 24 hours for your total purchase price plus any applicable tax. We will email you a confirmation once this step is complete.

Please note: All refunds will post to the account or method used during the purchase transaction. We cannot refund an alternative method of payment. 

For Exchanges:

2. Return the item(s) to us by dropping them off with the appropriate carrier (USPS or FedEx)

3. Once we have received your return and restocked the item, we will send your new ones out directly to you, free of shipping charges.

We do our best to ensure the most current and accurate inventory levels. Unfortunately, for high-selling or low-inventory items, we may be unable to fulfill customer requests. If this occurs, we will notify you via email right away.
