Refund policy

We hope you love it! In the event that you don't, we accept full-priced merchandise accompanied by a return authorization number. The return authorization must be requested by emailing customerservice@armando-cabral.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase. Once we have received your return, you will be refunded within 5 business days and we will email you a confirmation once this is complete.

Sale merchandise must be exchanged or returned within 14 days of store purchase or online purchase delivery.

Any items listed 'final sale' cannot be refunded or exchanged.
