How can I place an order?

If you know which style you’d like to purchase, you can use our search field to type in the style name. Otherwise, you can browse by color, collection, or shoe type. Once you’ve found the shoe(s) you’d like to purchase, choose your size and color, and click ‘Add to Shopping Bag’. You may view your shopping bag at any time by clicking the ‘View Bag’ button at the top righthand corner of the page. Once there, you can delete items, continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

How can I return or exchange my order?

All returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of your received order. Once we receive your request, we’ll issue you a return authorization. Your returned package(s) must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original date of purchase. When we receive your return, we will process a refund to your credit card within 5 business days. Sale merchandise must be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Any items listed at 65% off are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
